Dhul Hijjah 1436 and Eid ul Adha

Posted by:

Assalamu Alaikum,

The Blessed Month of Dhul Hijjah has begun and many of our brothers and sisters are embarking upon the Journey of Hajj to Makkah.  It is recommended that we do as many good deeds as we can during the first 10 days of Dhul Hijjah, which includes fasting, giving in charity, night prayer and reading the Qur’an amongst other good deeds.

We are planning to hold Eid ul Adha this year in Norwood Park again In’Sha’Allah, subject to the weather conditions. Final arrangements will be updated here and by text message In’Sha’Allah.

Wa Jazakum Allahu Khairan

Wassalamu Alaikum
